Pistachio Sweet with Mastic

Description

Traditional Greek pistachio sweet with mastic, 450 gr, ready to eat or to offer!

Known as “submarine” (“ypovrichio” in Greek) it resembles the Greek spoon sweet but it differs both in the way it is served and eaten.

It is served inside a glass filled with cold water and it is eaten little by little: you dip, you lick, you take a sip.

Made by the legendary Aiakeion patisserie in Aegina.
